TL;DR
In 2024, we scaled our Netherlands sales team to 3 Account Executives who tripled Altura’s revenue, landing customers like Athlon, EY, Bidfood, and BAM. Our product is in demand all across Europe, and Altura is ready for international expansion.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a foundational cornerstone of our international expansion. You will have the freedom to target accounts across Europe and will help shape Altura’s sales playbook as we tackle international growth.
The role and your challenge:
In 2023 and 2024, Altura built a brand and product known and loved by Bid Managers in the Netherlands – notable customers like EY, Athlon, Bidfood, and Douwe Egberts use our AI powered platform to efficiently win more bids. We built out a high-performing sales team, and expect our team to exceed our revenue target for 2024.
Now it’s time to adapt our playbook and product to enter new markets. As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive our international growth. We have landed our first customers in the UK and Belgium, and want you to build on this success. You will land our first customers in new markets, help develop the playbook, nurture relationships, and help us build local teams as we scale.
You will:
- Close our first deals in the UK, DACH, Nordics and beyond
- Get the autonomy to experiment what messaging and process will work as we scale
- Work closely with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure we build a sustainable growth engine
You have:
- At least 3 years experience closing mid market or enterprise deals
- Experience working in a high growth environment with a fast pace of change
- Experience working with Spiced, Meddpicc or similar sales methodologies
