We seek a highly motivated and skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success, satisfaction, and growth of our largest (enterprise) clients. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with these clients, understand their unique needs, and identify opportunities to drive value, growth, and expansion. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will deliver exceptional service and solutions that align with our client’s strategic goals and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, serving as the main point of contact for all post-sales activities.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client's business objectives and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and work collaboratively with sales and product teams to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Customer Advocacy: Foster customer advocacy by ensuring clients receive maximum value from our products and services, increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying informed about updates and enhancements to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a conduit for client feedback, providing insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant commercial roles (e.g., Account Executive).
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and driving customer success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Security is very important to us at Altura. The ideal candidate will have at least a basic knowledge of ISO 27001 and be willing to fully adhere to our information security management system guidelines regarding risk management, cyber-resilience, and operational excellence.

First introductory meeting: Our Talent Acquisition Lead will contact you to schedule an initial meeting if your experience aligns with the position. Feel free to ask any questions you already have.
Second interview: You will discuss the position and your experience with the Hiring manager
Third interview: You will perform an on-site assessment with the Hiring Manager and other team member/s.
Fourth Interview: You will meet with Altura’s CEO for a final interview.
Offer: We are both enthusiastic and offer you a contract
