Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team as we continue to scale our B2B SaaS business. You are responsible for the first step of the employee journey at Altura. From the moment potential candidates hear about us to their first weeks on the job, you make sure they have a positive experience. With our personal approach, we guarantee that every applicant, hired or not, leaves feeling good about Altura and the way they were treated. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to overseeing the onboarding process. You will provide strategic hiring support to help us plan for growth and ensure we attract the best talent as we expand our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to fill key roles that support our scaling efforts and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
1) Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Promote a positive image of the company to ensure all candidates, hired or not, have a great experience.
- Create and implement creative initiatives to support recruitment.
2) Hiring:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, building a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including video calls, ensuring an efficient and seamless process through.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
3) Onboarding:
- Manage and improve the onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support new employees in their first weeks to integrate them into the company culture.
- Continuously refine and enhance onboarding processes for a better employee journey.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (+3 years), with a track record of hiring for roles in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools (e.g., ATS, TeamTailor, Personio, LinkedIn), and experience hiring across diverse functions, including technical and business teams.
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers to provide strategic insights on hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing recruitment processes for fast-growing companies, preferably in a scaling SaaS business.
- Familiarity with recruitment data, metrics, and reporting to evaluate and improve hiring strategies.
