TL;DR

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in automated software testing, web app testing automation, and API testing.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Why you should apply:
- You love high-impact roles where you can collaboratively build processes as we scale. If you want to feel like your work matters and see tangible results, we want to hear from you!
- You take ownership of everything you do. At Altura, you will have the freedom to make key decisions, own projects, and experiment with new ideas. If you thrive in environments that reward creativity and independence, we want to hear from you!
- You are passionate about innovation. We tackle new and uncharted problems every day. If you are excited to work on cutting-edge problems and create solutions, we want to hear from you!
Why should you not apply:
- At Altura, roles can be fluid. Success here requires wearing many hats and zooming out on our strategy to drive impact. If you prefer well-defined responsibilities and career paths, this might not be the right fit for you.
- Alturians take initiative and solve problems without much guidance. If you thrive on close supervision or clear processes, and seek extensive mentorship, this might not be the right fit for you.
- We believe that it is good to make mistakes – taking risks leads to more growth and learning. If you are afraid of failure, this might not be the right for you.
